        In short: Nightfield has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything you write and save stays on your phone. The only data that leaves the app is what is needed to check your subscription.
      

1. What stays on your phone

Your settings (language, red mode), your packing list, your field notes and the progress of a running session are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or anyone else, and they are deleted when you delete the app.

2. What leaves your phone: the subscription

Nightfield is free to download and offers an auto-renewing subscription with a free trial. Payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see your name, card or payment details.

To know whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA). RevenueCat receives:

Purchase and subscription information from Apple or Google (product, dates, trial, renewal status, country/currency)	Unlocking the app and restoring purchases

This information is not connected to your name or email, is not used for advertising and is not sold. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

3. Permissions

Nightfield does not use your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos. The "Nearby" tab is a preview: nothing you enter there leaves your phone. If a community feature launches, this policy will be updated first, and sharing will be opt-in with your position shifted randomly by 1–5 km before anyone can see it.

4. How long data is kept

Data on your phone: until you delete it or the app.
Subscription data at RevenueCat: as long as needed to provide the subscription and meet accounting obligations.

5. Children

Nightfield is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, and object to or restrict processing. Since we hold almost nothing that identifies you, the quickest way is to email us with the app user ID shown in your purchase receipt, or simply delete the app. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.

        Kort sagt: Nightfield har inga konton, ingen reklam, ingen analys och ingen spårning. Allt du skriver och sparar stannar i din telefon. Det enda som lämnar appen är det som behövs för att kontrollera din prenumeration.
      

1. Det som stannar i telefonen

Dina inställningar (språk, rött läge), din packlista, dina fältanteckningar och var du är i en pågående session sparas bara i din enhet. De skickas aldrig till oss eller någon annan och raderas när du tar bort appen.

2. Det som lämnar telefonen: prenumerationen

Nightfield är gratis att ladda ner och har en prenumeration som förnyas automatiskt, med en gratis provperiod. Betalningen sköts helt av Apple (App Store) eller Google (Google Play); vi ser aldrig ditt namn, kort eller dina betaluppgifter.

För att veta om din prenumeration är aktiv använder appen RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA). RevenueCat får:

Uppgifterna kopplas inte till ditt namn eller din e-post, används inte för reklam och säljs inte. Rättslig grund: fullgörande av avtal (GDPR art. 6.1 b). Överföring till USA omfattas av EU–US Data Privacy Framework och standardavtalsklausuler. Se RevenueCats integritetspolicy.

3. Behörigheter

Nightfield använder inte din plats, kamera, mikrofon, kontakter eller bilder. Fliken "Nära" är en förhandsvisning: inget du anger där lämnar telefonen. Om en community-funktion lanseras uppdateras den här policyn först, och delning blir frivillig med din position flyttad slumpmässigt 1–5 km innan någon kan se den.

4. Hur länge uppgifter sparas

Uppgifter i telefonen: tills du raderar dem eller appen.
Prenumerationsuppgifter hos RevenueCat: så länge det behövs för prenumerationen och för bokföringskrav.

5. Barn

Nightfield riktar sig inte till barn under 13 år och samlar inte medvetet in uppgifter om dem.

6. Dina rättigheter

Enligt GDPR kan du begära tillgång till, rättelse eller radering av personuppgifter och invända mot eller begränsa behandling. Eftersom vi nästan inte har något som identifierar dig är det enklast att mejla oss med användar-id:t i ditt köpkvitto, eller helt enkelt ta bort appen. Du kan också klaga hos Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), imy.se.

7. Ändringar

Om policyn ändras publiceras den nya versionen här med nytt datum.
